This year Daniel travelled from Tallinn to St. Petersburg and across Lake Ladoga and Lake Onega and through the canal system to the Volga, past Kazan to Volgograd, then ‘branched off’ to the Don, on to the Sea of Azov, through the Black Sea to Georgia, further along the Turkish Black Sea coast to the Bosporus, through the Sea of Marmara and past the Dardanelles into the Mediterranean, around Rhodes, Crete, the Peloponnese, Sicily, Lampedusa, Sardinia and Corsica, all the way to Marseille! – He set off from Tallinn in May and arrived safely in Marseille in mid-September 2023.

The project was also successful because Daniel was able to have many valuable encounters and make new friends across all visible or even imagined borders.

To conclude, as an epilogue so to speak, Daniel would like to continue with your ArgoFram to Basel… Through the Canal du Midi, the Bay of Biscay and the English Channel to Rotterdam, and up the Rhine to his home town.
